The client is responsible for the operation of multiple national communication networks. The associated engineering technologies are complex. Multi-System equipment configuration correlation management was a significant challenge, particularly during major network technology refresh activities.
Task
The solution required a comprehensive appraisal of all systems and their inherent inter-element dependencies from a configuration perspective. It would also require the creation of common data structures to best support ongoing configuration parameter data management, and efficient update communication practice.
Results
